For Nepal Tours you will provide us with a photocopy of your passport and a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the trip when you book the trip.
You must pay the remaining balance before you head out on your tour/adventure on your arrival in Kathmandu. On your arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal, the remaining balance is determined. If we do not receive a final payment 2 days prior to your departure, the cancelation terms apply in the following provision mentioned below. On full payment of the trip final documentation will be released.
Payment can be made either through wire transfer or by credit card.
Note: The customer is responsible for the banking charges associated with making a deposit. Your confirmation of invoice will be sent For Bank Transfers until we validate receiving the funds. We will not cover the cost of transferring the money through the central bank or any middle bank; they are not associated with the total amount you will pay us for the trip.

Note:
All tours are conducted in accordance with strict rules and regulations of the respective country's Tourism Board. In inevitable circumstances such as changes in country rules and regulations, any government restrictions, natural disasters, political instable conditions, flight cancellations, delay, accidents or sickness, vehicle breakdown etc., we shall not be liable to changes or cancelations of the trip. The consumers themselves have to pay any additional costs incurred due to such circumstances. It is therefore highly recommended to take travel insurance.
We even accept last minute booking. You can book a trip to Nepal 4 days prior to the trip departure dates.
In case you intend to cancel your trip for any reason, you need to write it to us 30 days prior to your trip departure date. We shall approve it as cancelled only after receiving a valid written notice from the client. The Scale of Cancellation charges according to number of days prior to departure are mentioned below:
As per our policy mentioned above, in case any occurrences arise that you might need to cancel the trip, we rather recommend you to postpone your trip against of cancelling it. Since doing so will deduct the postpone fee (Minimum USD150) from your advance deposit as the postpone fee and remaining amount after that deduction will be transferred as your balance amount for your next trip with us.
We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason from customer’s side.
If a cancelation happens due to unforeseen situations a complete refund of Deposit cost is remitted. With circumstances like conflicts, protests, civil disputes, attacks, natural disasters, crime, and the possibility of such events and termination of the airport, we may have to cancel your holiday. We will inform you in these cases as quickly as possible, after deducting the costs for booking the planes, licenses, permits, accommodation and transportation we will refund you the remaining money and a clear bill of the expenses will be provided to you so that you will be able to claim the insurance. However, we can be under no other liability to you in such cases Or We will give you an equivalent trip of identical standards.
We reserve our rights to change the price under various circumstances. Though our actions will be reasonable, like in case of circumstances such as drastic changes in the exchange rate, inflations or government actions, we are not liable to answer anyone for our actions.
It is mandatory to have a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients to join any of our adventures. The insurance must cover all the medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects.
Flight delays and cancellation are likely to happen often during bad weather conditions in remote areas, particularly in the Everest region, the Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Company will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.
In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour and you are compelled to leave Nepal, Company is not liable for any kind of refunds. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage or belongings, even when shouldered by porters, ponies or cars, on any account. It means that your personal possessions, luggage, are at your risk at the time.
Our terms and conditions apply only if you book your trip directly with us. If you book your trip with us through any agents or third parties, you are responsible for the terms and conditions of your travel.
